HI-RUN WARRANTY CLAIM FORM
1) Submit claim and retain the tire for pick up instructions. (TIRE MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION).
2) Submit proof of purchase with claim form.
3) For trailer damage claims, please take picture of damage and submit a copy of the repair estimate of the damage for review.
4) Upon receiving the tire examination report, you will be notified of our decision.
